Guru for iPad helpful hints and solutions

Just because you've downloaded Guru for iPad doesn't mean you automatically know how it works.
We've compiled a few helpful topics that should make using it a little easier.

Downloading Content

Guru owners have the ability to download all their content on to the iPad, patient education is right at your fingertips. Here's how to get started.
Press the cart icon located in the right top corner of the screen.
Enter the email and password you used to set up your store account.
Press the 'Download Available Content' button. If the credentials are correct you will see activity showing the number of downloads you have left.

Syncing your Guru Library

By syncing your iPad with your existing server Guru can dramatically increase your patient reach, so that you can educate and inform your patients on the go.
Press the "gear" icon on the top left side of the screen as illustrated below.
Enter your server's IP address. After doing so press "connect" to connect to your specified server.
Once you hit the sync button the iPad will attempt to connect with the local Guru Server.
At any time you can also synchronize what is on the Guru Server with your iPad by clicking the 'resynch' button.

Saving Thumbnails for Your Patient

While viewing a movie you can press pause and use your finger to make notes and highlight certain areas of importance for your patient.
Once you are done making your thumbnails press the save button select and your patient to attach the thumbnails to your patient's personal profile.
To see the playlist in the Guru for iPad application you will need to press the resync button.
